Infinite Frontiers - Holiday Planners
Infinite Frontiers And Holiday Planners The comnpany took $1,475 from us at a Seminar in Kentucky, promising substantial savings as independet travel agents

Traveling & Tourism

Everything Pete of Abington, Connecticut has mentioned in his consumer complaints on your website is true. It has happened to us.

We attended a Seminar at the Marriott in Florence Kentucky. The seminar offered us to become independet travel agents, earning commissions, receiving substantial discounts in the travel industry for ourselves, families and friends. All we needed was the travel ID card the company issued. We were also offered a free cruise and other incentives. Unfortunately we fell for the scheme, paid lots of good money and lost it.

We've tried to use the services only to find out that everything was a bogus and nothing we've been promised was true. No discount at any airlines, hotels, cruises etc. We were trying to book flights and hotels. Lots of difficulties to log on their "home-made" website and of course no flights or hotel acommodations to be found. While traveling we showed our travel agent ID-cards in different hotels but no one has ever seen such cards - nor were they honored or valid for any discounts.

The IATA numbers don't work and the cards are just a "make-believe" to rip-off the consumer.infinite Frontiers is routing all the business to Holiday Planners - the affiliate of Infinite Frontiers. There are no savings - it's just simply a scheme. There are no discounts other than you can find on your own on the Internet without paying these companies thousands of dollars. These companies work well together in this game ripping of consumers. The "free" cruises are not free. The processing fees are so high that any other regular cruise booked on the Internet is a bargain.

We've contacted both companies, making them aware of their invalid ID cards, canceled our contract and requested a refund. The company refused.
They have a no-trial - no refund policy. You pay - you lost - big time!

We have filed complaints with the BBB, the Attorney General's Office and other agencies. We have also filed a complaint with the Small Claims Court in Florence, Kentucky. Obtained a Judgment but we are still trying to collect the Judgment. Everything about these companies is BOGUS. They work out of drop-off boxes at the UPS office in Braanson Missouri. Not even the Sheriff is able to serve papers.

We have changed our credit cards but the companies still have all our other
personal information.

Please beware of Infinite Frontiers and Holiday Planners. Nothing they promise is true. They only steal your money and we totally agree with Pete
"Greg Cato, who runs the seminar" with Randy Sherman" are thieves!
We just hope there is some authority who will who will stop the fraudulent activities of these companies real soon.
