Bogus business, con-artists, liars, with no ethics who straight robbed us Tampa / clearwater / st. Pete

For 5/24/08 @6:30pm, my wife and I and another party rented a party bus ($900) to show appreciation for our daughters, who were graduating from high school, along with their friends. We wanted to travel to Orlando and have dinner, and return, that's it; however, the bus arrived 30 minutes late with an excuse that the ac wasn't working and would not be able to travel. Moreover, the bus driver was suprised that we were suppose to go to Orlando. I stated to the driver that was the whole purpose in renting the bus was trip to Orlando. At any rate, we contacted Sabrina, the manager, and she stated that another bus could be sent out with 20-30min, but she exhibited faulty memory as well about travelling to Orlando. She started yelling that's it in the contract for Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties only, and it's not! She went on to say the replacement bus would be 10 seats short compared to the original bus, but you could squeeze the kids on there. At this time, not to disappoint the kids, we agreed to do so; however, after waiting almost another hour, it never showed, we contacted Sabrina again, she stated that it was en route. At this time my wife and Sabrina were arguing due to the situation at hand. We had 38 kids and parents still waiting in the hot sun for a bus that never worked and another that never showed. Sabrina presented the option to continue to wait on the bus or refund the money. At this time, which was 8:10pm, we were completely turned off by the customer service and the time frame, so we all opted for the refund. Sabrina stated ok and stated to call Monday and make arrangements with the owner Jim Miller. Of course, Monday comes and no Mr. Miller. They stated to call back on Wed 5/28, and of course, no Mr. Miller. We called 5/29, and no Mr Miller. We researched the company and it's address online, nothing is listed, just the same 2 contact numbers. Now they are switching the story around in their favor, stating that we cancelled.By "cancelling" there is no refund, which a loop that I have come to discover that they have ran on previous customers. They offered to reschedule. With complete composure, I stated that we CAN NOT reschedule a graduation party. Also, they stated that we would have to take them to court because it's their word against ours. My wife stated that she had to handle the transaction from a parking lot on Dale Mabry because they didn't want her to make the trip to St. Pete, not to be thoughtful but to be avoided. They don't have an office and they have no intentions of returning our $900. Of course there are more details to this story, and we provide that if necessary
