Took my money, never paid hotel, I had to pay twice!

Booked a hotel using this service. They took the money out of my checking account two days after booking. I arrive at the hotel, and they try to get their money from HotelLocators.com and are unable. The Hotel Manager tries to call them at the two numbers he has to no avail. I have called every day, e-mailed them and faxed them. I ended up having to pay the whole bill again before I could leave. Don't ever use this service! The manager says you pay upwards of 30% more for your room when using HotelLocators.com. Then you would by calling the Hotel directly. They also told me that this is not the first time this has happened.
