I recently attempted to book a Delta flight using Hotwire.com. I selected the exact departure times I needed and hit the "purchase" button. I was shocked to find the return flight departure time was changed from an evening departure to 5:45 A.M. I immediately called Hotwire to get this corrected and was told there's nothing they can do about it. I then called Delta and found they could change the flight for $180. Needless to say I was outraged. I've since made several more calls to Hotwire and Delta to hopefully connect with someone who would give me a break but to no avail. I then called my Mastercard Cust. Svc to dispute the charge and, you guessed it, they informed me that they are familiar with Hotwire's policy and they therefore can't contest it! Strike 3!!!

I see where other's are having similar problems with Hotwire. Is there anything that can be done about this? I can't believe they're getting away with this? Even if the error was on my part, surely some law should be in place to give consumers a "grace period" (1 hour?) to make corrections. I'm boiling mad and will definitely report this to the BBB at the least. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
