Hotwire is another one of the online businesses that used to be called scams. Read their biographies a bunch of business school grads from Stanford who think it is their right to rip any and all off rather than working for a living. Everyone, especially those in California, should contact Jerry Brown's office to try to close these scam artists down. I am looking at paying for a flight and a car rental i will never be able use because the airline folded. These guys say so what nothing to us. Customer service? Some guy who spoke such poor and fast english he was totally unintelligible.
