Seamiles points are a total ripoff compared to other rewards cruiseline cards Fort Lauderdale

We are very disappoint with the carnival sea miles card and will be switching back to Royal Caribbean.
This card is a toal rip off. To earn a free cruise you need twice as many points (dollars spent) compared to the
.
When I realized this I tried to redeam my points towards airline tickets. No one would answer the phone when transferred to the airlines rewards, an answer machine picked up. I left my name and number and noone returned my call even though the message said someone would get back to me in 48 hours or less. I am very disappointed in this card and even more disappointed that Carnival wont help, they act like they are not affiliated with their own rewards program. We never had any problems with and will return to them soon.
