Hyatt key west on front st. Has a thief working behind hotel on the property as a vendor. Old town tours inc. D.B.A. Hydro thunder key west is the jet ski rental business located behind the hote. John evans lied to state police and a U.S. Navy engineer and said he owned the yacht when he came and hot wired it. Evans also has harassed the yacht owners by calling and threatening them along with laughing about torching the yacht.

2008ca679k is the case number on the lawsuit filed on this company and its president john evans. Anyone can follow this case by going onto the monroe county clerk of courts office.

Also the hyatt has given false information to people calling enquiring on john evans saying" hes not on the property"

Yes they rent this to him and its their docks how is he not on their property?

They have gone through great lengths to act like they dont have any clue on whats going on..
