Helped thieves steal $250,000 yacht, watched them hot wire yacht, ignorant cop

Officer Seth wingard works for the Florida Wildlife Commission and has to be the most ignorant cop in Florida. He was called out by a neighbor when my yacht broker anchor and as he was on the scene a punk thief told him he owned the acht and officer seth wingard said ok with out verifying or seeing who the owner was. This dumb cop later in his report said the thief told him his paperwork was left back at the docks and he would get it later. His ignorant boss Kim Depree investigated after i called and raised hell and in her report she said " john evans told me he owned the yacht and had reported it stolen from his marina" he said he reported it with the key west police department. She also goes on to say " after speaking to john evans i called key west police department to verify the theft report and there was none. At this point she was lied to also and the dumbass didnt do a thing. The f.W.C. Officers are the most incompitent morons youll ever meet. I will be posting taped conversations with police throughout florida confirming the law was broken.
