Hi, I'd reserved an area through Hotels.com on 4/9/08 specifically asking for a jacuzzi to be included in the room and to become near the boardwalk. I wanted to become in the Greatest Western Envoy wherever I understood without a doubt they had what I needed. The child who had been assisting me reassured me after me requesting him 4-5 times when the room had a jacuzzi before I offered him my card # to guide the area, he kept showing me the areas did have all that I requested. I named on Wednesday of the week, since I browse the explanations more online and that I named the resort myself plus they explained they don't have jacuzzi in areas. I had been really annoyed and that I named resorts.net and that I asked why might the person rest in my experience by what the resort had. It is too late for me personally to complete something today since we're departing for my partner birthday weekend and that I am keeping someplace used to do not request and today other areas are reserved are cost a lot of. I simply needed him to truly have a stunning weekend.in my experience today it is destroyed. I simply feel just like that individual must be spoken to and that I must have anything delivered for the frustration I've experienced.
