Rip Off Apartment Service by Perfect Service Oguzhan Turgut MOSCOW

My friend who lives in Moscow made an arrangement to stay in Moscow for me from Perfect Service apartments but unfortunatly we got ripped off about $900.00
I checked in on february 23rd and paid to owner about $2250 for prepaid rooms for 10 days.

The owner Oguzhan Turgut explained all the services that they will do but it did never happen! I mean NO room service, no garbage pick up, NO english TV, no changing linens, wireless internet was on and off all the time!!! It was a horrible place with terrible conditions, so we decided to get our money back and move to well know hotel for rest of our stays. But we called so many times and left so many messages to owner who never called us back or returned our call
So I'd like to report this person and his business to both Turkish and American travelers so he cant rip off more victims like us.
