I was flying on a Southwest flight out of Arizona when I discovered a DVD left behind for the "Southwest Airlines Safety Inspection Training Video." I was shocked by the contents of what the company has tried to pass off as 'safety.' I think the public would be outraged if they knew just how slipshod the Southwest operation is.
