They made me believe i won a vacation at low cost got my credit card number to pay first fee then i recieved nothing

I had put my name in a draw in Vancouver Canada and about a week later they called me stating i had won a vaction for two at low cost. All i had to do is pay the initial fee of 400.00 i did have thyat on my visa so they took the remain 150.00 off my credit card... Yes i feel stupid for doing so but it happened and I have'nt heard from them since. Such a fool and i strongly erge anyone else to tell them to take a hike. It's a rip off!!!
