No proper manners when talking to customers!

I'm completely dissatisfied using the type of customer support they're supplying. They don't talk to their clients with correct ways. Personally I think this will not function as the method to keep in touch with the clients, they have to be ethical of course if they CAn't preserve it-they have to be out-of that company, when I feel Travel Agencies need to look after entire journey.

I acquired the solution from their store, the internet flight was charging some 1585, however they charged 1665, after I questioned exactly why is this distinction, they believed to guide from that airlines. Not precisely method of responding. Every phone for them to discover my journey specifics have been joined with least treatment and rude speech.

I acquired a training and certainly will do not guide some of my seats again with Sudha Travels Inc.
