They promoted their service through the airline through which I was purchasing a ticket to see a friend who was not well.

My friend passed away prior me flying to him.
Access America declined paying stating that claims does not apply for pre-existing condition up to 120 days prior the trip.

What a RIP OFF!!!

I would love top get my hands on one of them executive—what goes around comes around.

I a going to send a letter fo complaint to the airline/service agency through which I purchased the insurance and tell them I will never buy another ticker from them as long as they promote this insurance on their site.
