Recomendation From USA Today TOTAL SCAM

I bought this Vacation package that was recommended by the USA Today news paper and it is a total scam. I have been talking to this agent called Siobhan and her Manager Moe and the both are a bunch of Liars. They and there sales people are all extremely misleading. I have been calling to book my package at one of their Locations but they dont have those properties available. Dont book with these guys! They are a scam. Now, I am trying to get my money back. If there is anyone who has been successful in getting their money back please let me know how. If I am successful I will definitely post how to go about it.
