Sold vacation package

I paid $314 on 3/10 and bought various vacation packages to be used within 2 & 1/2 years. Today, on 4/28, I tried to call their customer service @1-800-977-7652 to book my first vacation trip. But, that number no longer exists. Now, there is no way I can use that package. I think, this a SCAM.

Please do the needful so that company will return my money ($314).
