Brand New Owners? You Can Cancel Within The First 10 Days! Gatlinburg TN

I was almost ripped off by West Gate but I stopped them thanks to infomation from web sites like this one. This happened on Nov. 1. My wife and I got cught up in the glamor of our first vacation together. We were approached by one of their scouts comming out of a restaurant in Pigeon Forge on our first evening there.

After getting back home, I started doing some math.
$8,500 ($19,000 after financing) for 1 bedroom apt. (thats all it is, they call it 4-Star, I call it a very nice 1 bedroom apt.) for one week, every year.

$8,000 times 52 owners (52 weeks) = $416,000 for a one bedroom! Is it made out of gold? (for you Brits, that is about 200,000 pounds sterling) this does not including financing!

Maintanace fee $600.00 a year times 52 owners= $31,200. Are you kidding?
Are you selling to pigs that trash the property on each and every stay?

Ok to the good stuff; Get out of this mess quick! If you have just bought a time share, get on microsoft Word and type that you would like to cancell your purchace under TN statue # 66-32-114 Mutual Rights of cancellation., state you name as it is in the contract and include the unit number and time frame of the year your unit is for. Do this and have it post marked and by certified mail (registered post in the UK) by the tenth day of your purchase and guess what? Presto you are out this bind.

They will charge you $30.00 (2-persons) For the new owner breakfast you had the next day and they will want you to mail back your new owners package/briefcase.
But they will refund your deposit with in 30 days.in Florida there is also a 10 day cancellation rule and you could check on other states as well by going to the state gov. Website and search (time shares).
