Checked in hotel and internet was not working. Breach of contract for not providing internnet reported to front desk. Very rude clerks stated nothing could be done. Room rate adjustment was requested and refused. We packe our bags and let. A refend was requested and refused. DO NOT stay at this hotel or in Mackinaw City, MI because the owner of this hotels owns more hotels and just rips off customers. Do not stay in the tourist trip village of Mackinaw City, MI
