Suncoast-Vacations
Scam Alert! Vacation Resorts at $499 anytime anywhere Pay $5,000 up front! And Kiss your money goodbye!

Traveling & Tourism

It may start with a post card, followed by persistent phone calls, to accept a free cruise on Royal Caribean, etc., etc., and promises not to sell you anything, just attend an hour presentation.

The "sales pitch" is good: great resorts at a fraction of the cost, "anywhere in the world, anytime"... If it sounds too good to be true. Is probably a ripp off... And it is.

A membership of $7,495 for life, for family, relatives and friends, transferable to yourr heirs, etc. Plus a $199 registration fee, plus $225 yearly association maintenance fee, will buy you almost nothing that you can see or review before hand, but it comes with a long set of qualifying conditions that are not discussed during the sales pitch (all this is misrepresentation of material fact). The membership price is quickly reduced to $6,000 or $5,000 if you pay by credit card right there. All this sounds familiar?

They claim to be a 18-year old company but when you see their web site: four meaningless pages, with a hotline for 24 by 7 service that does not exist, you start realizing "you've been taken for an idiot."

They claim to be so successful that they open new offices every day, moving from hotel suites to permanent offices, as the bare office where they are selling you the "ripp off" contract, where you will be signing and initialing lots of paper. Does it sound familiar, also?

So far they have two business addresses: the one in Key largo that will show in the credit card receipt and another in Clearwater, Florida. Their 800-718-4228 and the number 727 531-1400 are answered in Largo, Fl and they do not maintain 24-hour, 7-day service.

Hopefully you got these reports about Suncoast-Vacations ripp off on time. Call your credit card immediately and contest the charges for missrepresentation of material fact and potential scam. Contact Suncoast-Vacations at the same time and demand cancelation of contract and a full return of all fees. Good Luck! And never accept anything for free because it may cost you dearly!!
