Marcus Senix And Sheraton Vistana Resort Lie after lie plus a lawsuit ripoff

IN December my sister and I took a tour of a timeshare in Orlando. We thought it was a good deal at the time with 2 of us splitting the bill. I was more reluctant, but she really wanted a vacation property, so I paid the 1650 down. The "maintenance fees were $699/yr on paper, then 850 / yr. Then $90/month.

I could no longer afford this and neither could my sister. I was contacted by Global Timeshare and they offered to sell the property in a few months for $350 fee to place an ad. 4 months later, they called again saying they had several buyers interested inthe property and wanted to sign for it, but I would have to sell for $16500.

My cost for "closing " was $850. They sent papers and it looked like the ad I had first sent back several months before. Last month they had a buyer signing the papers and we'd close in 24-90 days on a $21350 price. I only needed to pay the closing and I'd get it back with the certified check for $21350 (the closing was $1350). Marcus told me the office would call and not to say anything about the sale because that would be "illegal".

I kept asking why is it illegal if I'm selling my property. My sister had sued me for sole possession of the property and I had given her the quit claim. The company (Sheraton) never filed the paperwork so the property is still only in my name not hers. I thought this was a way we could all get our money back - just sell the dumb thing and call it a day.

So far I have put out $4200 and have no deed, no sale, no check. I am in poor health and don't need this agravation. If a lawyer is out there who can help me recoup my monies, I would be very grateful. I can't understand how a New England company got a foothold in Orlnado.

By the way, the office of the Global Timeshare Sales is in a strip mall next to a roofing complex in Brockton, near an insurance and realty business.

Don't fall for this game, they promise you a beautiful deal and then keep hounding and pressuring you (they are good at pressure_ " if you don't move now you lose the money you've put in it - these people have just signed and it is YOUR property they want for the agreed price of $21350, you have to do it now, I can't hold them off. You agreed to this before, right?" Yeah, they are good at pressure. I can't get the money form my credit card company either as it is supposedly "non - refundable".
