We are experiencing the very same issues. We signed our contract a few months ago and sent for our free cruise. Haven't heard a thing about it since.

Called to check rates. Can do better on our own using the internet. This is not what we were promised.

Discounted airfare? No, we were told by someone that answered the phone at UVN that we can find better prices on the internet. They didn't say that during the presentation.

Yes, we also would like to be informed of any court dates.

They will not get another red cent from us.
