Said boyfriend's name was drawn at Calgary Lilac Festival for vacation, never got tickets instead fraudulent charges on credit card. Ripoff

My boyfriend and I were scammed by Astartravel. We both went to the Lilac Festival in Calgary and entered our names in a draw at a booth that looked very professional and appealing. It was a draw for a promo vacation offer. We didn't think twice about it and went home. Later we got a phone call from Astartravel and they told my boyfriend that his name was drawn and selected because he matched the demographics they were looking for. I thought this was odd. She explained the offer was a trip for two to various resorts and only for $1000 dollars. He said he wanted to take me she asked to speak to me and tell me the offer. I asked if we could think about it but she said I had to give her the credit card info now or never. He had never travelled and I didn't want him to have to miss the opportunity and since I was the only one with a credit card I gave her mine. They told me they would give me an over the phone recorded reciept which was just a recorded message. I didn't understand how this worked because I wouldn't have anything in writing but they seemed to be very professional and being only 21 I didn't know better. They charged me $600 dollars because that was the limit on the account and even though they originally asked for $1000 they said any amount will do and I could pay the rest later. I also thought this was odd. I still have never recieved the tickets two years later and I have called numerous times and have been told that they will resend the tickets. Nothing has ever been sent. I also had fraudulent charges on my credit card for about $200 each from other countries.
