I bought a trip for my buddy to travel from Vermont to Iowa to get a meeting. All confirmations I obtained mentioned the trip was onus Airways, works out however when he visited sign in it had been Combined. It got the airport employees such a long time to find that out he missed his trip. Following a mixed 2.5 hours about the telephone with 800-EXPEDIA in Asia we eventually got him a brand new trip, hrs later and he managed to get in really overdue the night time before his early AM meeting. Everybody we spoke to attempted to cost people costly costs to obtain him on another trip after he skipped his first one because of their mistake.
