Bookit.com is a horrible company!
My Wife booked a vacation to Cancun with Bookit.com and it was a nightmare getting them to help us. THEIR website messed up because we had two windows open when we ordered, which they admitted has happened in the past. We were given the wrong airline with departure time that completely didn't work for us.

We immediately called to let them know what happened and they basically told us, it was our problem, not theirs. They were kind enough to give us the numbers to call the resort, the airline, the transfer company and the insurance company to cancel the trip ourselves. But it was a last minute trip and most of the trip including the airfare was non-refundable. They said they had NO power to change anything.

Only after constant calls and three days of gripping did they change our airline accomodations. They still charged us to cancel the first trip which they told us they would not, and I just found they still charged us twice for our travel insurance which just had to take care of myself.

I would NEVER us Bookit.com again and would NEVER recommend it to anyone after my experience!
