I was unable to fly to my destination (Manila) due to cheaptickets.com to properly notify me of a change in flight shchedule of one of the legs of my trip. His made it impossible to fly on the first leg because the second flight would have taken off before the first flight landed.

After I spent 5 hours trying to get them to put me on another flight which the people in the call center have no ability to do. Besides going through the endless hours of useless phone calls to call center in the Philippines I am now having to endure two months of waiting to see if they are going to refund my money.By the looks of things here probably not.

This was a 9 month planned and saved for trip in which a friend was left stranded in a country that he knew nothing of without me.
