We purchased an RCI Points Entry Program from this company in June and were told to fax our form to 2 bogus fax numbers.

Filed a complaint and received no reply.

Received a call from Harbor Resort Management who told us they would provide the RCI points and he'd call back.

No reply to many voice mail messages. They now refuse to respond to any calls.

Have filed BBB dispute and will file a fraud claim through police.
