RCI charged me twice for the same membership!

RCI named early one day, 1/07, to inform me my account had terminated 9/06 because of my prior cost, created over annually before, [spending it through 2009] being declined by my charge card business. I questioned how might this be as RCI had my card amount on document and that I keep the card balance at zero. They explained RCI possibly transposed a number and that is why it had been declined. I'd recently offered my timeshare and RCI account to some buddy, who had been from the nation on company for 5 months, therefore was concerned he'd go back to discover he'd no RCI account when I had guaranteed. I paid $229, to get a 3-year account, spending the membership through 2009. Many times later I obtained a notice from RCI stating my account ended 9/06 and that I could easily get a-3 year restoration for $178. The customer of my timeshare and RCI account delivered in the South Pacific and advised me the RCI account I used in him was prepared 12/06. I called RCI and was just delivered a partial reimbursement. They decided it was their mistake in receiving me but stated "you decided to purchase it... Underneath the conditions and terms... There's nothing we shall do for you personally." It got over per month to get the remaining of the reimbursement, this after several telephone calls and emails. I will no further suggest RCI because of their bad customer support.
