Unauthorized renewal fee charged

I'd the same occur to me. Except, I closed on to get a one time only charge that will end in a few months. It did end... Nearly this past year. Today, weeks later they charged me $39. I named friends customer service # 425-917-5000. I talked to some man that has clearly been through the same kind of shpeel atleast one hundred times. He declined to return my income. I confronted to contact the Greater Business Institution and he nevertheless declined. I eventually requested to talk to his boss. Exactly the same man arrived about the point soon afterward and stated he might dome a benefit and trade the $39 membership to some $9.95 account. I said definitely not. He ultimately decided to get this to unique exclusion simply this once. They stated they'll change the costs. I subsequently directed him to remove any charge card info they've on apply for me. He explained he'd do this, also. We will have... Easily do not see a reimbursement within 10 times, I'll challenge the cost with my charge card business. Classmates.com hurts!!!
