Ripoff, Dishonest, Unauthorized Transaction on your C.C. Account

This company, as with most Limo Companies (or so I've heard) are total shysters. They book you first, get all of your info including your Credit Card info, and THEN tell you if you cancel there is a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Also, "as a courtesy", or so they say, once you've booked a limo to meet the amount of passengers you require, they tell you that it will seat 2 people less comfortably. For example, if you book for a 10 passenger, it will only seat 8 comfortably. Again... Only telling you this at the end of the booking.

I booked, cancelled in less than 24 hours because they could not MATCH or BEAT (which they claim on their website to Guarantee) another offer I rec'd. I was told NOT to worry about the cancellation fee because it has been less than 24 hours since the booking. 1 week later... They take the $100.00 from your account without notifying you. I am letting my bank deal with this now since it was an unauthorized transaction, but be aware of these guys...
