Fraudulent claims of availability in Gold Crown resorts and complete misrepresentation of available services. They lied to sell what did not exist! Ripoff Sedona Arizona

We bought Fairfield/Wyndham Resort Points (308,000) one year ago with many promises from the salesman, Justin Zennof, at their Sedona, Az location. We were assured that the flexibility of the points system allow us to choose different locations from year to year to vacation with our children. We would not be locked into just the Sedona location.

We soon found it is next to impossibe to book any size room, anywhere, even being complete flexible with the week. Upgrades do not seem to exist. Areas we were interested in going are booked 2 years in advance. One year after the purchase of our points, we are unable to even get a two bedroon condo at the facility we puchased at.

I have called continually for three months, leaving messages with the salesman, Jusitn Zenoff, and his manager with not one returned phone call. This of course led me to believe that we had been intentionally defrauded.

There is no way that the salesman, his manager, or the company did not know about the "over sold state" of the product they were selling. Not to mention the apparent lack of trading power. There seems to be plenty of testimonials about how poor their product performs.

I welcome any infomation on any class action law suits or any other method anyone has used to successfully get out from under this timeshare.
