Ramada Plaza Resorts
This company has falsely advertise to us by phone to promote a trip that is far from the discription they gave to us

We were told that we had earned a trip to the Bahamas at a discounted rate to try out their accomodations both on land and on the ship. They said there was no sale speach to sit throuh and we would be put it one of ther finest rooms while visiting Ft. Lauderdale and then would have one of there best accomidations on their cruise ship. This would also enclude a rental car for our use while we were in Ft. Lauderdale and also to get us to Orlando, FL for the rest of our stay at another of their nice hotels. There we would be able to visit one of the theme parks with option of purchasing tickets for the other theme parks. We could not take the trip when first offered, but they said we could take it any time before March.

We were planning on going in Jan. Or Feb., because there is a show in Ft. Lauderdale we thought we could attend while there. We found out that that show had been moved to a different month. We then had a friend tell us that they belived this trip was a rip off. We did some searches and found they were not be up front with us on the fees. We were told it would cost $600.00/person. We paid them for one person and would pay the rest when do.By research we found that our luxury hotel room was a dump and that the ship we would sail on was very old and not well kept. We would have to put out more money to get better accomodations and also more to get a better rental car! Of course none of this is told you when you talk to them. We would like to get our money back. We don't see how they can keep $600.00 of your money when you did't even take the trip.
If you know how we can get this money we would much appreciate it. Thank you
