Ramada Plaza Resorts, orlando / ft. Lauderdale vacations rip-off shemes. Need help to get my money back.

I purchased ticket a while back for my parents at $598. Per person. But bacause of father's poor health he couldn't take a trip. I tired to explained situation and get money back but as we all know the answer was NO.

I asked if they can just stay at one location for 7days because i can't move around here and there. They said NO. I even try to take the trip myself, then they told me i have to pay another $598. Because these prices are based on two people per room, so even i take trip alone i have to pay for two people. This is ridiculous and i was mis-lead to believe that one person is qualified to take trip as long as fees are paid. I was never informed or told of this previously.
