Ripoff beware of giving any deposits

RV/trailer park likes to take deposits for electricity, but then won't give you the refundable deposit back without a fight. They state that you will receive it in 6 weeks, but that day passes and they have additional excusses why you can't get it yet.

They like to pass the buck to corporate at the rv/trailer park, known as Spring Creek Village, then they won't give you the name of the management company or a phone number you can call, but all the while still maintain that it's corporates fault that you haven't received your money back.

Sham, sham, sham... Do the right thing and give people their money~!!! Consumers, do the right thing, find a park that isn't going to give you the run around and hide their bosses.
