Ripoff promised refund of deposit because of storm in May never received It's almost Decembe

None of our dates were available, but then Hurricane Rita came and in January we were told we could get a refund of our deposit which was over $300.00.

I have an e-mail saying they received our request and that our check would be mailed out in the beginning of May.

It is now almost December and I can not get them to e-mail me back or return my calls.
