The French Quarters
Branson Have not held up to their promises

We are extremely disappointed and hurt with our French Quarters experience.

The sales people were very nice and accomodating — until we signed the contract.

There were promises of "we are here anytime you have a questions or need us to help you" and "you will never have a problem of staying here anytime of the year (2-3 days.) WRONG!!!

We have left numerous phone calls and no one seems to care or return our call. We were even there one week (in their old and uncomfortable motel) and left word for a lady we had spoken to several times to call us, she never did.

There are just so many broken promises and people you talk to on the main number and in the check in office for the motel are very rude.

I am so sorry we ever got into this and I would not recommend it for anyone. As soon as possible we will sell our time.

I feel like we were lied to and pressured with kind words and promises, none of which has happened.
