Ripoff said they were going to take $50 out of my account took $696

Traveling & Tourism

October 23 I received a $1,600 cash voucher for a trip. I was leary of this however the fellow said they would take about $50 out of my debit card. I gave him my Debit Card number.

Later on in the conversation they finally told me the amount would be $696 however they could make payment arrangements such as $396 plus six payments. I was LIVID.

I told them I did not have that amt. Of monies in the bank. I did not want their their services at all and they SAID tough, we have your credit card number. I could not believe it.in TX you have either 24 hours or 72 hours to cancel any agreement.

I am on SSI only. I have a brain tumor, elilepsy, recovering from a broken spine from a car accident.
I am overdrawn $400 at Bank of America at the present time and they said I have to wait until it is off hold.

I do not understand why I could not cancel this transaction altogether. Legal intervention needs to be descendedupon this company. I will comply with any class action suit. (ROR redacted address and phone number for security purposes)

Thank you.
Your services are greatly needed.
