Is a ripoff, they charged money to CC w/out my permission. Their name is not even on my CC statement

I recently got a letter from this company in the mail and noticed it was not something I ever signed up for. I called the phone number that was on the letter, and cancelled. I didn't worry about it after that because I never gave them my credit card info.

A few days later I noticed that 25.00 was missing from my bank account. When I got my statement I checked what the 25.00 was for and saw weird initials that said RVM*TMOV. For the address their was only a phone number. I am now in the process of trying to get a refund.
