I purchased a Gift Certificate for $29.95 that Thrifty Travel was sponsoring for a 8 Day / 7 Night stay in Honolulu of Waikiki at the outrigger Hotel & Resort.includes round trip airfare for two for $449.00 per person surcharge for hotel & airfare with a 5 year expiration. The certificate stated to mail $14.95 to Thrifty Travel for shipping & Handling. Thrifty Travel now will not honor the certificate after I sent them THE $14.95. THE CERTIFICATE HAS THRIFTY TRAVEL NAME AND ADDRESS ON IT! BUT...
