Don't trust the Best Western call center. They are all in India and don't speak english and they will mess up your reservation. Your best bet is choose a diffrent hotel chain all together. They sent the call center to indian and put 900 people out of work. A lot of people still have not found good work and it has been almost 2 yrs.
