I tried to cancel numerous time and to get my money back but they told me I couldn't cause it was nonrefundable and I've never even been there. My reservvation number is xxx0504-004wu and I purchased it on 02/05 and they wouldn't even extend the due date. Where does this money go to when you can't use the vacation? And they debited it from my debit card and I dont have the debit card anymore and I payed like 495.00 for this package. All I want is my money back.
