Ripoff unauthorized withdraw

I checked to see if this company withdrew money from my checking account after I canceled and they had.

I recieved a telemarketing call from company saying I would recieve free vaction (too good to be true).

I told them I would atleast look over their advertisement that they were to send me.

They told me "If I wanted to stay a member it would cost me about $39.00 a month". I agreed to recieve the information on the free vacation. About 30 minutes later I recieved a "confirmation call".

This guy talked so fast I could hardly keep up.
I DO NOT remember agreeing to any other offer.

I recieve the info about 8 days later. I read it and was not interested and called to cancel THAT SAME HOUR I recieved it in the mail.

I recently checked my checking account just to see if they withdrew money, and they did. Days after I canceled.

So I called the number on the electronic check and could not get through. The number was not working for some reason.

I finally find a number on their web site and called.

The man on the other end tells me agreed to some other offer for $139.00 a month. NO I DID NOT.

Now I am to write a letter and ask for my money back.
They withdrew it electronically, and wrongfully. I feel they should redeposit it eletronically. BUT NO!

I feel this company is a fast talker and scammers and thiefs.
