Fly Free Travel told me that they would have my information sent to me in 10 days. It never come until 2 weeks later.By then I didn't want anything they were trying to sell me anymore. So I called them back and I told them that I wanted all of my money refunded back to me. They told me that I have to wait until the tickets came to me and send it back to them with a copy of the bank statements showing that they did charge me so they can refund me back. They also gave me the refund department address and a verification #.
