In December I requested a $50 for the money sent for a mini-vacation. I have been unemployed for a few months and was unable to go. I have yet to receive the refund or any correspondence as of March 23. The phone number listed is always unavailable which makes me wonder how many other peopl are having the same problem. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
