Cancellation policy is a ripoff! If your plane is late they steal your money! And god help you if you are sick

Aloha bike tours encourages you to do the tour your first day on the island but keeps your money if you dont arrive in time for the tour. They dont mention the policy when you book.

In my case I had food poisoning and could not ride. They said I could reschedule and I did. Then they did not get enough riders to make it worthwhile for them so they cancelled the trip. Marc said he would not refund my money. When I told him I would contest the charge with the credit card company he said he had been thru it many times and would prevail. He has been thru it many times because he is a ripoff!
