Sent my form for my vacation along with my check for $50.00 but never received anything about my vacation. They cash my ceck but i got nothing. They ripp me off

They cashed my ceck for $50.00 but never received my vacation package. My certificate code was 1RG3210904, certificte number was 421133. I scheduled it for the last weeekend in Feb. Or the first week in march but never received nothing from them. They fipp me off.
