Ripoff Discrimination and horrific treatment

My niece and her husband suffer the death of their 10 year-old son last summer to a rare, long term illness. I book a cruise for their family, my mother, daughter, husband and myself to offer a celebration and a rebirth of new times in our family

We arrive at the cruise terminal and my niece is told she cannot board the ship for the sole reason that she is pregnant. We are left standing in the middle of the cruise ship terminal for several hours, all 7 of us, and my mother is in a wheelchair, without so much as being offered a glass of water

We had no way to get home and in trying to ask a question about the cost of a potential ride the west coast manager of Carnival Cruise Lines used the Lord's name in vain to me. We were forced to leave the terminal with no way home and walked out into the cold, rainy and windy evening stranded and alone as the Carnival employees passed us as they left to go home.

I called Carnival corporate in Miami and received no call back. I Federal Expressed a letter to Carnival corporate in Miami and have received no response. On February 24 Carnival tampered with my bank account without my permission or knowledge and placed the erroneous amount of $158.97 in said account. (I paid for the $3821.97 for 7 passages with my ATM debit card that is linked to this account)

I am seeking minimally, but not limited to a change in Carnival's discriminatory policy against women, a full refund, compensation for humiliation/unfair treatment and a written and/or public apology.

I am seeking to inform others about this company and their treatment. Boycott at all costs!!!
