Refuses to refund hard-earned money to the sick, ripoff

We bought this vacation package in 2004 and figured we'd go to Fla for a nice anniversary vacation. It cost money, we know, and we expected that. It was a good deal.

However, I found that I couldn't travel because of illness. I am disabled and cannot make the journey from SC to FLA by any means. It would be just too much on me. I called the Ramada people and they proceed to tell me that it's non refundable!

I am very upset with these people. They are basically refusing to give me my money back, even though NOTHING on the original mailer thing that they send to advertise says that the trip is non-refunable. And, the paper that they send you after you have already paid allows you 3 whole days—gee, ya mean it?

They are scam artists. They take advantage of sick people, and if this were a just universe, they'd have to refund every single cent. Hey, if anybody can help, im sure that there is a lawsuit in here somewhere...
