As a former employee, I know for all statements to be true. It was reported several times to district mananager Brett Thompson and nothing was done.in the first situation, Manager Donna White had several men visiting her at the hotel, taking out of state trips and using the company saying it was company business to lie to her husband.

Her assistant Tracy also had an affair inside the hotel with guest Chuck Burdick. Her husband came in and waited outside the room. This was not the first time she had associations with guests of the hotel that was improper.

When confronted, Tracy quit. I was jumped on by Donna for reporting that we were unable to reach a manager on call. I was going to quit only to have her husband call to say she quit.

While Donna had been there she did nothing to a certain employee using the internet to view porn sites on company time, or for the tardiness of employees.

I was written up to cover her mistakes. Then came Jane Spano, at first she seemed great, then she became like Donna, allowing those who slept on the job and did nothing to get away with it. Never taking care of the problems. Allowing the laundry room to stay filled with dirty laundry and jumping on the one person who always did there job.

She claims Brett Thompson was in total agreement with her on everything she thought. Even though the company handbook stated that no person in management was ever too busy to hear a problem or complaint, The management at Alcoa did not like to deal with it.

I felt like everyone should be doing there job and should be on time to relieve the person before them. Because I voiced my opinions, I was written up for insubordination, misuse of e-mail, and complaints and told that I would be terminated if I continued.

I guess Freedom of Speech does not apply when you want a company to be successful and have teamwork unless you are in a management positon. Which discriminates against anyone who is nothing more than just a hourly employee.
