Employees Fraternizing with Guests Who Must Stay at Hotel for work

My husband is an engineer for CSX. This hotel chain specifically caters to these men and has contracts with CSX. These men spend enormous amounts of time away from their homes and families. After long hours on a train they must stay in hotels sometimes for 24 hours or more. These men have no chpice in where they stay. They stay in a hotel that has a contract with a specific hotel and the company pays for this.in December of last year my husband broke off a relationship he had been having with an employee at the Oak Tree Inn in Low Moor, VA. This employee hounded him for weeks and he finally gave into her. She is now pregnant with a child she claims is his. He did break off the relationship once again and we are working on our marriage. My complaint is that when i contacted this Oak Tree Inn's corporate headquarters I was told that nothing could be done. That there was no proof. If they didnt see it it didnt happen. This woman's mother is the assistant manager of this hotel and knowingly allowed this to go on. Since breaking off the affair this woman has continued to harass my husband even though her phone number has been blocked and he ignores messages and calls she makes from other numbers. She has even been waiting in his room in the hotel when he enters. This is what i consider to be very dangerous and disturbing behavior. These two employees should be terminated immediately. My husband has no choice but to stay at this hotel and continue to be harassed and humiliated in front of coworkers, staff and other guests. If this company needs proof. The employee is very obviously pregnant. This is not an environment that I would want to be in if I were a guest at this hotel. I realize that my husband made a choice to have an affair and is just as much at fault, but it has been brought to my attention that this employee has fraternized with several CSX employees. This hotel should take into account the families that have been heartbroken and some torn apart by the actions of its employees. Their should be consequences for this! If there are no consequences for this type of behavior what else are employees allowed to get away with when it pertains to guests? This woman and the assistant manager who happens to be her mother should be terminated!!!
