I was contacted by a person named" Ruben" who told me That my prior payment of $237 had never been prossesed for a vacation and that now I was also getting a better cruise as well, turns out this company had already charged my card, just under a different company name, I received the exact same vacation, which I had already paid for. This is a complete scam, and I am in touch with the attorney general. This is fraud! The company goes by the name of Travel Options, VIP travel options, or Specialty Travel, their phone number is 1-855-211-3417
